Vintage Howdy Doody Glass Ceiling Light Cover
The incredible light cover was in the bedroom that I shared with my sister, Sue Ann, in our small home in New Jersey as long as I can remember. After my Mother passed about ten years ago, and we were closing down her home, I found the lamp cover in storage. The glass cover is in perfect condition with no cracks or chips and is at least 90+ years old. Featured are four loveable characters: Hoody Doody, Clareabell, Flub-a-Dub and Phineas Bluster. The vintage cover is 12” x 12” and has a raised effect and wavy edges. (1 available) $195.00
Vintage 1960’s Patti Playpal Style – 36″ Doll
This vintage and spirited doll was created in the 1960’s Patti Playpal Style as she measures 36″ with a hand-to-hand reach of 17″. Her peachy cheeks and rosy lips definitely accent her soft skin and medium curly blond hair. Bright blue is the color of her eyes as they flutter with dark black lashes – eyes open when standing – and close when laying down. Her body was designed so she can easily be seated. The doll was given to me when I was a child, however, I was really too old to enjoy her, so she was packed away in my parents attic never to be seen for over 65 years. She is in wonderful condition with only a few light brown spots on her skin due to age while she is still wearing the same blue and white silky-style summer dress.
